Our versatile PU raw materials are featured in tough, durable OEM truck bed liners and eletrocoats for rust protection, too. 

But that’s not all. We offer raw materials for PU automotive plastic coatings that are durable, environmentally friendly, and provide ideal appearance while protecting against Mother Nature and man-made elements.

Our thermolatent crosslinker offers a significantly improved curing speed for 2K PU high-gloss clear coatings. Plastic parts can be cured at 80°C  and as much as 30 percent faster while maintaining excellent appearance. The thermolatent technology allows more robust handling of plastic parts with freshly cured coating surfaces. The automotive industry will benefit by being able to paint plastic, composite and metal parts on a single line.
Pentamethylene diisocyanate (PDI) is an entirely new isocyanate, 70 percent of whose carbon content comes from biomass without generating any direct competition for food production. It offers customers a crosslinker component based on renewable feedstock and with improved carbon footprint, which is a sought-after differentiator.

DirectCoating/DirectSkinning technology combines thermoplastic injection molding with reaction-injection molding (RIM) in a single step – a significant advancement. 

Our wide range of solventborne and waterborne polyurethane systems achieve the processing standards needed for refinish coatings and offer high-quality performance comparable to factory-applied coatings.

Last but certainly not least, our water-based and solvent-based two-component (2K) polyurethane coatings show their versatility for commercial vehicle applications.
